French Toast

3 pieces of thick white bread
2 eggs
sugar to taste
cooking oil

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.  Add sugar and mix well.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan.  
  3. Coat a piece of bread with the egg mixture.
  4. Pan fry on both sides till golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with a dollop of maple syrup.
