1 cup raw pecan nuts
3/4 tbsp salted butter (to be melted)
- Mix 1 cup of nuts with 3/4 tbsp of melted butter.
- Place coated nuts in a single layer and toast for 9 minutes.
- Adjust heat to 290 degree F and toast for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before storing into airtight containers.
