Baked Curry Chicken Wing

5 Chicken Wings - use drummette and mid-joint
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder

  1. Marinate chicken wings overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F.
  3. Place marinated chicken wings on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze some lime juice over the chicken wings and serve immediately.
