Steamed Egg with Preserved Olives

3 eggs - beaten
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp chinese preserved olives

  1. Place beaten eggs, water and preseved olives in a plate.
  2. Boil water in a steamer.  When water is boiling, put the plate in the steamer and steam for about five minutes or until the eggs are just cooked.
  3. Serve warm.
