Brown Rice Quinoa with Mushroom

1 packet Seeds of Change Brown Rice Quinoa 
1 tsp olive oil
fresh mushroom - chop to pieces
2 tbsp pine nuts
2 tbsp cooked garbanzo beans 
1/3 cup water

  1. Heat up oil in pan.  Saute mushroom for a while.  
  2. Pour contents from packet into pan.  Add water.
  3. Cover and cook for a few minutes, tossing occasionally.
  4. Add pine nuts and garbanzo beans and toss to mix well.
  5. Top with an egg and serve warm.
