1 oz dried wakame seaweed
2 tbsp rice vnegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Place the seaweed in a bowl. Soak it in slightly warm water for 30 minutes.
- Remove from water, squeeze dry and trim away the tough spine.
- Cut into strips and place it in a small serving bowl.
- Combine vinegar, salt , sugar and oil. Mix well.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and lightly toss.
