Seaweed salad

1 oz dried wakame seaweed 
2 tbsp rice vnegar
1/2  tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


  1. Place the seaweed in a bowl.  Soak it in slightly warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from water, squeeze dry and trim away the tough spine.
  3. Cut into strips and place it in a small serving bowl.
  4. Combine vinegar, salt , sugar and oil.  Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and lightly toss.
