mix of organic green vegetables
1/2 cup rotini pasta
2 slices canadian bacon ham
extra virgin olive oil
shredded mixed cheese
handful of toasted walnuts
- Pan fry bacon till lightly brown and crisp. Set aside.
- Cook rotini pasta as per package instructions. Drain and place on a bowl.
- Drizzle some olive oil, add shredded cheese and toss to mix well.
- Place a handful of greens onto a serving plate. Add pasta, bacon and walnut and serve as a salad.
