Salad with vegetables and ham

Ingredients
mix of organic green vegetables
1/2 cup rotini pasta 
2 slices canadian bacon ham
extra virgin olive oil
shredded mixed cheese
handful of toasted walnuts

 Method
  1. Pan fry bacon till lightly brown and crisp.  Set aside.
  2. Cook rotini pasta as per package instructions.  Drain and place on a bowl.
  3. Drizzle some olive oil, add shredded cheese and toss to mix well.
  4. Place a handful of greens onto a serving plate.  Add pasta, bacon and walnut and serve as a salad.
