1 asian pear - cut into quarters and core and seeds
1 tsp sweet chinese almond
1 tsp bitter chinese almond
1 small piece snow fungus - soaked, drained and trimmed into small pieces
rock sugar to taste
- Place all ingredients into a double boiler. Bring water to boil in a steamer.
- Steam for 30 minutes on medium low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold as a dessert.
