Pan Fried Pork Patty with Sesame Seeds



Ingredients
1 lb pork butt - slice into 1cm thick
flour for coating
1 egg - beaten 
white sesame seeds
vegetable oil
Seasonings
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped garlic

Method
  1. Use the back of a cleaver to lightly pound on the sliced meat.
  2. Marinate with seasonings for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Coat the both sides of the meat slices  with flour, followed by egg mixture and sesame seeds.
  4. Lightly press the sesame seeds onto the meat slices.
  5. Heat up oil in a non-stick pan.  Pan fry on medium low heat till golden browned on both sides.
  6. Serve immediately with some vegetable salad.
