French Toast with Orange Juice

3 eggs
leftover slices of bread 
1/2 cup orange juice 
1 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tbsp sugar
sprinkle of cinnamon
olive oil for cooking

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, orange juice, butter, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Heat up a cast iron pan.  Add olive oil.
  3. Dip both sides of the bread slices into the egg mixture.
  4. Place on pan and fry for about 2 minutes on each side or till golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain on paper towel and drizzle honey or maple syrup before serving.
