1 box of firm tofu - cut into pieces
1 packet of beech mushrooms - washed and divided
1/4 bowl minced pork
1 tsp chopped garlic
handful of chopped basil
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
- Heat up oil in pan. Pan fry tofu till brown. Set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan. Fry garlic till aromatic. Add beech mushroom and fry for another minute. Add pork mixture to the pan.
- Drizzle seasonings, add chopped basil leaves and stir fry over high heat for a few minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Ladle mushroom mixture over the tofu.
- Serve warm.
