Crab Meat Porridge

2 crabs - cleaned and chopped into pieces
1 cup rice grains - washed
3 cups water to cook porridge
salt and pepper to taste
ginger slices
2 cloves garlic

  1. Put rice grains in a large pot.  Add water, ginger slices and garlic cloves.
  2. Bring it to a boil.  Switch to low heat and stir occasionally. 
  3. When porridge is cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4.  Add chopped crabs and continue cooking until crab meat is cooked.
  5. Remove the crab meat from the shell and enjoy the flavourful porridge.
