2 crabs - cleaned and chopped into pieces
1 cup rice grains - washed
3 cups water to cook porridge
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic
- Put rice grains in a large pot. Add water, ginger slices and garlic cloves.
- Bring it to a boil. Switch to low heat and stir occasionally.
- When porridge is cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add chopped crabs and continue cooking until crab meat is cooked.
- Remove the crab meat from the shell and enjoy the flavourful porridge.
