1 large green mango
2 cups distilled vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup salt
- Peel and slice mango. Place the mango slices in a glass container.
- In a pot, boil vinegar, salt and sugar.
- When sugar and salt are dissolved, turn off heat and let it cool to lukewarm temperature.
- Pour over sliced mango.
- Let it stand for several hours before storing it into the refrigerator.
