Stir Fried Udon with Portobella Mushroom

2 servings of fresh udon
handful of roasted portobella mushrooms
1/2 small yellow onon - sliced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp cookiing oil
salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce

  1. Heat up oil in pan.  Fry onion till aromatic.  Add garlic and fry till aromatic.
  2. Add udon noodles and roasted mushrooms.
  3. Drizzle seasonings and stir fry over high heat for a few minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm.
