Penne Rigate with Bacon Bits

1 cup penne rigate
some leftover bacon bits
sprinkle of dried parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Boil penne according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and transfer to a bowl.  Add salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil.  Mix well.
  3. In a pan, heat up bacon bits till aromatic.
  4. Pour bacon into bowl of penne.  Sprinkle some dried italian parsley flakes and chili flakes.
  5. Combine all ingredients and serve warm.
