Pan Fried Yellow Croaker (干煎小黄鱼)

4 pieces of frozen yellow croaker (already salted)
dash of white pepper powder
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil

  1. Defrost fish.  Wash and clean the fish, removing gut etc.  Pat dry.
  2. Season with pepper powder and flour for 1 hour.
  3. Heat up oil in pan.  Fry fish on both sides till golden brown.
  4. Serve warm with rice.
