1 large ripe avocado
3/4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp diced tomato
salt and black pepper to taste
- Wash avocado. Cut into half. Remove pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and toss to mix well.
- Add diced onion, tomato, salt and black pepper.
- Combine to mix well.
- Ready to eat with chips or add to sandwich.
