10 chicken wings (mid-joint part)
2 stalk green onion - cut into 4 cm length and separate the white and green parts
2 chilli padi - cut into small pieces
1 tbsp rice wine
1 -2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cooking oil
- Pan fry chicken wing for a few minutes on medium low heat until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add oil and fry the white part of the green onion and chilli for a while.
- Return chicken wing to the pan. Add rice wine and soy sauce and do a quick stir fry.
- Add the rest of the green onion and some water and cover. Simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes or till chicken wings are cooked
