Stir Fried Udon with Chicken Slices


Ingredients
2 servings of fresh udon noodles
some chicken slices - season with some salt, pepper, sesame oil and cornstarch

some sliced cabbage
some thinly sliced carrot
1/2 small yellow onon - peeled and sliced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp cookiing oil
salt and pepper to taste 

2 tbsp black vinegar

Seasonings
1 tbsp oyster sauce 

2 tbsp light soy sauce 
1 tbsp rice wine

Method

  1. Heat up oil in pan.  Fry onion till aromatic.  Add onion and garlic and fry till aromatic.
  2. Add chicken slices, cabbage and carrot and fry for a while. 
  3. Add udon noodles.
  4. Drizzle seasonings and stir fry over high heat for a few minutes.  Add some water if mixture is too dry.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Drizzle black vinegar.  Fry to combine well.
  6. Serve warm.
