1/4 lb chicken breast slices
1/2 cup kimchi
1 tsp chopped garlic
dash of sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
- Heat up oil in pan. Saute chicken slices until just cooked. Set aside.
- With the remaining oil, saute chopped garlic until aromatic.
- Add kimchi and stir fry over high heat.
- Return chicken slices to the pan.
- Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle sesame oil and fry to combine well.
- Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
