Stir Fried Chicken with Kimchi

1/4 lb chicken breast slices
1/2 cup kimchi
1 tsp chopped garlic
dash of sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Heat up oil in pan.  Saute chicken slices until just cooked.  Set aside.
  2. With the remaining oil, saute chopped garlic until aromatic.
  3. Add kimchi and stir fry over high heat.
  4. Return chicken slices to the pan.
  5. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil and fry to combine well.
  7. Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
