2 small potato - peeled and cut into cubes and steamed till cooked
1/2 lb minced meat
bunch of sweet basil leaves - sliced to small pieces
1 chilli padi - deseeded and cut into pieces
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chilli sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
- Heat up cooking oil in a pan. Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
- Add minced meat and stir fry over high heat.
- Add cooked potato cubes into the pan.
- Add sweet basil leaves, chilli padi, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce.
- Do a quick stir fry over high heat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with rice.
