Rotini Pasta with Prawns and Wild Mushroom

1 small bowl of rotini pasta
handful of pine nuts
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 tbsp chopped onion 
5 prawns - peeled
handful of wild mushrooms - soaked, drained and cut into small pieces
8 white mushroom - cut into halves
salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.  Saute garlic and onions till aromatic.
  3. Add mushroom and saute over medium heat till mushroom is browned.
  4. Add prawns and fry until just cooked.
  5. Add more oil if needed.  Add pine nuts and toss till evenly mixed.
  6. Pour cooked pasta into the pan.  Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss to mix well.
  7. Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm.
