2 slices cod fish
salt and pepper to taste
handful of sunflowers
1 small bowl freshly blended tomato sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
- Season fish slices with salt and pepper for 15 minutes or longer.
- Heat up oil in pan on medium heat.
- Fry fillet pieces on each side for a few minutes.
- Drizzle tomato sauce over the fish.
- Sprinkle sunflower seeds on the fish.
- Serve warm.
