1 can mackerel
1/2 white onion - sliced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 small bowl freshly blended tomato sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Heat up pan on medium heat. Fry ginger and garlic till aromatic. Add onion and fry till translucent.
- Add tomato suace and red chillies. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in mackerel and half of the soup from the can.
- Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt to taste if needed.
- Transfer to a plate and serve warm.
