Beancurd Soup with Pork Ribs

dried beancurd sticks
pork ribs
soybean - soak for few hours
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices ginger
2 clove garlic

  1. Boil dried beancurd in water till soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Blanch pork ribs in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  3. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  4. Add beancurd, pork ribs, soybean, ginger and garlic in the pot.
  5. Once boiling, switch to medium heat and cook for 1 hour.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm with rice.
