Pan Fried Saba Mackerel

This is an easy dish to cook, yet it is so appetizing!  Moist tender flesh on the inside and golden crispy skin on the outside.

Ingredients
1 whole saba mackerel (already cleaned and cut into halves)
salt and pepper to taste
flour for coating
1 tbsp cooking oil

Dipping sauce
1 chili padi - cut
1 tbsp soy sauce

Method
  1. Marinate the fish with some salt and pepper.  Sprinkle some flour onto it before frying.
  2. Heat up oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.  Pan fry the fish on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Transfer fish to a serving plate and serve with dipping sauce.
