1 small plate of cut leek (sliced diagonally)
1 chinese sausage
1 red chilli - cut into small pieces
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp water
- Fry the chinese sausage over medium low heat until lightly browned. Remove and slice into thin pieces.
- Heat up oil in a pan. Fry the leek and sliced sausages for 2 - 3 minutes. Drizzle sauce and do a quick stir fry.
- Dish out and transfer to a small serving plate. Serve warm with rice or porridge.
