Stir Fried Leek with Chinese Sausage (蒜炒香肠)

1 small plate of cut leek (sliced diagonally)
1 chinese sausage
1 red chilli - cut into small pieces

1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp water

  1. Fry the chinese sausage over medium low heat until lightly browned.  Remove and slice into thin pieces.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan.  Fry the leek and sliced sausages for 2 - 3 minutes.  Drizzle sauce and do a quick stir fry.
  3. Dish out and transfer to a small serving plate.  Serve warm with rice or porridge.
