Steamed Mussels in White Wine

Steamed Mussels with white wine, a classic dish that was easy to prepare and delightfully good! The sweet briny juices of the mussels combined with the rest of the ingredients brings a touch of class to the dining table :)  A tasty appetizer on its own or add pasta for a hearty meal...whatever you choose...you will enjoy this dish to the very last drop of the sauce....slurp :P.....

Ingredients
2 lbs fresh mussels - scrubbed clean under running water
1 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp butter
