Quck and Easy Grilled Trout with Basmati Rice

Lightly grilled and fish was moist and tender.

Ingredients
1 fresh trout - cleaned
pinch of sea salt
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
pinch of paprika powder

Method
  1. Marinate the inner side of the trout with salt, pepper and paprika for 15 minuters or more.
  2. In the meantime, heat up weber grill on high.  
  3. Place fish on grates and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Enjoy the tasty grilled fish with a plate of tomato basmati rice.....simply cooked, simply delicious!
