Lightly grilled and fish was moist and tender.
Ingredients
1 fresh trout - cleaned
pinch of sea salt
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
pinch of paprika powder
Method
- Marinate the inner side of the trout with salt, pepper and paprika for 15 minuters or more.
- In the meantime, heat up weber grill on high.
- Place fish on grates and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
- Enjoy the tasty grilled fish with a plate of tomato basmati rice.....simply cooked, simply delicious!
