Turkey Meat Porridge

turkey bacon slices - lightly shredded
1 cup of white rice grain
3 cups of water
handful of shredded ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
pepper to taste

  1. Boil the water.  Place washed rice grains into the pot.
  2. Bring to a boil again.
  3. Add shredded ginger.
  4. Continue to boil over low heat until rice is cooked.
  5. Add turkey meat, stir to mix well.
  6. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil.
  8. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste

*making use of leftover turkey meat.
