turkey bacon slices - lightly shredded
1 cup of white rice grain
3 cups of water
handful of shredded ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
pepper to taste
- Boil the water. Place washed rice grains into the pot.
- Bring to a boil again.
- Add shredded ginger.
- Continue to boil over low heat until rice is cooked.
- Add turkey meat, stir to mix well.
- Continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
*making use of leftover turkey meat.
