Grilled Steelhead Fillet with lemon butter sauce

2 slices of steelhead trout fillets - 1.3 pounds in total weight
salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon
few slices of butter

  1. Marinate fish with some salt and freshly ground black pepper
  2. Heat up weber grill on high.
  3. Oil the grate before grilling.
  4. Place fillet, skin side down on the grill.
  5. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
  6. Remove from grill.  
  7. Place grilled fish skin side down on plate.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice onto the fish.
  9. Spread several slices of butter on the fish.
  10. Serve immediately.
