Nappa Cabbage Mushroom Soup


Ingredients
small bunch nappa cabbage - cut into large pieces
10 white mushrooms - halved
6 prawns - peeled and deveined
2 slices of ginger
small piece of dried seaweed
1 pot vegetable stock or water

Method 
  1. Add ginger slices to the pot of water.  Bring to a boil.  Add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add prawns and cook for about 2 minutes or till prawns turned opaque.
  4. Add in the dried seaweed
  5. Ladle into serving bowl and serve warm.
