Ingredients8 medium-sized prawns - peeled and deveined, leave tail on
8 cherry tomatoes
2 jalepeno - cut into small square pieces
1/4 white or red onion - cut into small square pieces
sprinkle of salt
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
oil for brushing
4 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 20 minutes)
- Marinate prawns with salt, pepper and paprika for 15 minutes or more.
- Preheat grill on medium high.
- Thread the ingredients into the skewers.
- Brush some oil on heated grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or till prawns are just cooked.
- Remove from grill and serve warm.
