Grilled Prawns on Skewers

8 medium-sized prawns - peeled and deveined, leave tail on
8 cherry tomatoes
2 jalepeno - cut into small square pieces
1/4 white or red onion - cut into small square pieces
sprinkle of salt
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
oil for brushing
4 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 20 minutes)
  1. Marinate prawns with salt, pepper and paprika for 15 minutes or more.
  2. Preheat grill on medium high.  
  3. Thread the ingredients into the skewers.
  4. Brush some oil on heated grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or till prawns are just cooked.
  5. Remove from grill and serve warm.
