Steamed Seabass with Salted Vegetables

2 pieces seabass steak
one tomato - sliced
1 pc ginger - julienned
1 tbsp rice wine
handful salted vegetable 

fried shallot
shredded green onion
1 tbsp soy sauce

  1. Place all ingredients, except fried shallot onto a metal plate.
  2. Cover and steam fish for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Top with green onions and fried shallots and serve immediately.
