1 cup mashed sweet potato
1 - 2 cups glutinous rice flour
1/3 cup rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
few tbsp water
1 pot of water
2 pandan leaves - knotted
palm sugar to taste
- Add rice flour and sugar to the mashed sweet potato.
- Gradually add glutinous rice flour and some water to the mixture till the dough is pliable.
- Roll it into rice balls.
- Cook it boiling syrup water together with other rice balls till they float to the surface.
- Ladle into bowls and serve warm.
