Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Ball

1 cup mashed sweet potato
1 - 2 cups glutinous rice flour
1/3 cup rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
few tbsp water 

Syrup water
1 pot of water
2 pandan leaves - knotted
palm sugar to taste

  1. Add rice flour and sugar to the mashed sweet potato.
  2. Gradually add glutinous rice flour and some water to the mixture till the dough is pliable.
  3. Roll it into rice balls.
  4. Cook it boiling syrup water together with other rice balls till they float to the surface.
  5. Ladle into bowls and serve warm.
