Stir Fried Pork with Celery

3 stalks celery - sliced into pieces
1 large piece lean pork meat - sliced into thin pieces
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste

 Marinade for pork
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp cornstarch 
pinch of salt and pepper

Seasonings for sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

  1. Marinate the sliced pork with soy sauce, salt, pepper, rice wine and cornstarch for 30 minutes or more.
  2. Add oil to wok.  Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
  3. Add sliced pork and seasoning sauce and do a quick stir fry over high heat.
  4. Add sliced celery and continue to fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add some water if it is too dry.
  6. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and drizzle sesame oil.  Combine well.
  7. Stir in cornstarch solution and fry to mix well.
  8. Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
