3 stalks celery - sliced into pieces
1 large piece lean pork meat - sliced into thin pieces
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
Marinade for pork
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
1 tsp cornstarch
pinch of salt and pepper
Seasonings for sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Method
- Marinate the sliced pork with soy sauce, salt, pepper, rice wine and cornstarch for 30 minutes or more.
- Add oil to wok. Fry chopped garlic till aromatic.
- Add sliced pork and seasoning sauce and do a quick stir fry over high heat.
- Add sliced celery and continue to fry for a few minutes.
- Add some water if it is too dry.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper and drizzle sesame oil. Combine well.
- Stir in cornstarch solution and fry to mix well.
- Ladle into a serving plate and serve warm with rice.
