1 packet Prima Taste Nonya Sambal (sweet & spicy chili Sauce)
1 packet frozen clams (already cleaned and cooked)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
- Heat up pan at medium high heat. Add oil and coat pan evenly.
- Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add sambal sauce and fry for a while.
- Add clams and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Turn off heat and serve warm with rice.
