1 small burdock root
3 cups water
sugar to taste
6 red dates
- Bring water to a boil. Add red dates and sugar to taste.
- Peel the skin of the burdock root.
- Use a peeler to shred into thin slices.
- Place the sliced burdock root into the pot and boil over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Ladle into a bowl and serve warm.
