1 bunch of yakisoba noodles
some minced pork meat - marinate with sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
2 fish balls
3 cups chicken stock
2 slices of ginger
- Boil the ginger slices with the chicken stock. Bring it to a boil.
- Add fish balls, fish cake and minced meat.
- Boil for a minute. Add yakisoba noodles
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Put a few lettuce into a serving bowl. Pour the hot noodles over the lettuce.
- Top with fried shallots and a dash of pepper and enjoy!
