Yakisoba Soup Noodles

1 bunch of yakisoba noodles
some minced pork meat - marinate with sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
2 fish balls
some lettuce
3 cups chicken stock
2 slices of ginger

  1. Boil the ginger slices with the chicken stock.  Bring it to a boil.
  2. Add fish balls, fish cake and minced meat.
  3. Boil for a minute. Add yakisoba noodles 
  4. Cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Put a few lettuce into a serving bowl.  Pour the hot noodles over the lettuce.
  6. Top with fried shallots and a dash of pepper and enjoy!
