Linguine with Tuna

linguine - cooked according to package instructions
1 can tuna
some broccoli florets
some chopped celery
salt and black pepper to taste
olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped onion
sprinkle of dried parsley flakes
1 tsp lemon juice

  1. Blanch linguine according to package instructions.  Drain and toss with some olive oil and salt and set aside.
  2. Heat up olive oil.  Add chopped onion and garlic and saute till aromatic.  Add chopped celery and cook for a while.  Add tuna and toss to mix well.  Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Place tuna on top of cooked linguine and add some broccoli florets.
  4. Serve warm.
