linguine - cooked according to package instructions
1 can tuna
some broccoli florets
some chopped celery
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped onion
sprinkle of dried parsley flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
- Blanch linguine according to package instructions. Drain and toss with some olive oil and salt and set aside.
- Heat up olive oil. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute till aromatic. Add chopped celery and cook for a while. Add tuna and toss to mix well. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and lemon juice.
- Place tuna on top of cooked linguine and add some broccoli florets.
- Serve warm.
