Chicken Tomato Soup

3-4 large tomatoes- blended
cooked chicken breast - tear into pieces
2 bay leaves
1 white onion - diced
2 cloves garlic - chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Heat up olive oil in pot.  Saute onion and garlic till aromatic.
  2. Pour blended tomato into pot.  Add chicken meat and bay leaves.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Ladle into serving bowls and serve warm.
