3-4 large tomatoes- blended
cooked chicken breast - tear into pieces
2 bay leaves
1 white onion - diced
2 cloves garlic - chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
- Heat up olive oil in pot. Saute onion and garlic till aromatic.
- Pour blended tomato into pot. Add chicken meat and bay leaves.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Ladle into serving bowls and serve warm.
