Baked Chicken with Italian Herbs

2 chicken leg quarters
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp sea salt
dash of black pepper
1 tsp olive oil

  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken leg quarters
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hour or more.
  3. Preheat the oven at 400F.
  4. Place the chicken in the oven for 40 mins. Serve with some greens and rice.
