Stir Fried Pig's Stomach with Salted Vegetable







Ingredients
1 pig's stomach - cleaned
3 cloves garlic - chopped
some shredded ginger
1 tomato - cut into wedges 
1 stalk green onion - cut into 2 inches length
cooking oil

 Method

  1. Boil pig's stomach for about one hour with low heat until tender.
  2. Cut pig's stomach into thin slices.
  3. Heat up oil in wok. Fry ginger slices and garlic for a while.  
  4. Add sliced tomatoes and fry for another minute.
  5. Add sliced pig's stomach and drizzle sauce.
  6. Stir fry over high heat.  Add sliced green onion.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle some salt and pepper and fry to mix well.
  8. Serve warm with rice.
