1 large sweet potato - peeled and sliced into 1cm thickness
6-8 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
pinch of salt and cinnamon
2 tbsp cooking oil
- Mix flour and water to form batter. Batter should be thick enough to coat the sliced sweet potato. Stir in the salt and cinnamon and mix well.
- Heat up oil in a pan on medium low heat. Dip each slice into the batter and pan fry on each side until brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
