Pan Fried Sweet Potato

1 large sweet potato - peeled and sliced into 1cm thickness
6-8 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
pinch of salt and cinnamon
2 tbsp cooking oil
  1. Mix flour and water to form batter.  Batter should be thick enough to coat the sliced sweet potato.  Stir in the salt and cinnamon and mix well.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan on medium low heat.  Dip each slice into the batter and pan fry on each side until brown and crispy.
  3. Serve warm.
