Ingredients
4 chicken wings - use drummettes and mid-joint
cooking oil for frying

1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
flour for coating

Method
- Marinate the chicken wings with the seasonings for 30 minutes or more.
- Before frying, coat the marinate wings with flour.
- Heat up oil in a pot. When oil is hot, fry the wings on medium heat until brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil and transfer to a serving plate.
