Ingredients
1 cup peanuts - remove skin
- Heat up peanuts in a pan on medium heat. When the pan is hot, stir the peanuts frequently to prevent burning.
- Taste a sample of peanut after 20 to 30 minutes when they have turned golden brown. Once they are to desired doneness, remove from pan and let them cool on a plate.
- Store roasted peanuts in an air-tight container.
