Chicken Soup with Cong Cao Hua
Ingredients
half organic chicken
8 red dates
handful of sliced ginseng
handful cong cao hua
handful goji berry
3 slices ginger
Method
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Boil for 5 to 6 hours.
Ladle into bowls and serve warm.
