2 medium tomatoes - quartered
2 carrots - peeled and cut into 2" length
3 stalks celery - cut into 2" length
1 small white onion - sliced
2 slices ginger
3 cloves garlic - unpeeled and light pounded.
10 to 12 bowls water
salt to taste
