Ingredients
1 small bowl fried peanuts
1 tsp minced garlic
2 chilli padi - seeds removed and cut into small pcs
1/2 bowl basil leaves - cut into small pcs
1 stalk green onion - cut into small pcs
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Heat up sesame oil in a non-stick pan. Saute all the ingredients except peanuts until fragrant.
- Add peanuts, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
- Ready to serve.
