Ingredients
2 pc of dover sole fillet - sliced thinly
1 avocado - peeled and mashed
panko bread crumb - for coating
salt and pepper to taste
cornstarch
- Depending on the size and thickness of the fillet, cut and slice the fish fillet thinly.
- Season it with salt and pepper. Place one tsp of mashed avocado near the edge and roll the fish fillet, wrapping the avocado. Seal it with some cornstarch.
- Dip the fish into the beaten egg and coat it with the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry till golden brown. Serve immediately.
